Linda Howard is a Chartered Certified Accountant whose general accountancy practice offers a full range of accountancy and taxation services to the small business sector. I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in September 1984, becoming a Fellow of the Association in 1989.

I have well over twenty-five years experience of audit, accountancy and taxation work, doing most of my training with Grant Thornton in my home town of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, moving to Sussex twenty years ago for work related reasons

Following redundancy in June 1994 I set up my own General Accountancy Practice, working from home in Burgess Hill.

Having worked for small and medium sized accountancy practices in the south east of England pre and post-qualifying I have gained wealth of experience in general practice work which I now utilise in my own business.

I have built up my practice with clients in a wide range of  activities such as General Builders and Subcontractors, Technicians in the Film industry, Financial Advisors, Marketing Consultants, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Personal Trainers, Sports Coaches, Fitness Consultants, New Age Therapists and Life Coaches to name but a few!

When I'm not being an accountant my passion is wildlife photography and travelling as far afield as necessary to build up my portfolio of shots. I was awarded a Distinction by The Royal Photographic Society in February 2007 for a panel of ten of my wildlife pictures which led to an exhibition in The Halcyon Bookshop in Haywards Heath in October 2007. My practice was awarded the ACCA Quality Checked Seal of Approval in December 2005 and can offer accountancy and taxation services to individuals as well as small and medium-sized businesses . I can offer assistance with Self Assessment Tax Returns, Partnership and Corporation Tax Returns, Annual Accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies, VAT, Payroll and PAYE Returns, Company Secretarial work, book-keeping (manual and computerised) business and tax-planning.
